Most of you have read “The Law of Attraction” and you have done everything you are supposed to do.  Right?

You have written down your wish list, you know what you want and when you want it.  You have been sitting patiently just waiting for the “stuff” to fall into your lap.  Right?

However, nothing is happening, you go back and check that you have done everything that is required and still nothing. “What in the world am I doing wrong?”  Nothing!

However, what you didn’t read in “The Law of Attraction” is that in order for you to accept all the things you have worked for, dreamed of and thought about; you need to  change your personal vibrations to accept your new life.

“You need to get out of your own way and open the door to abundance.”

“You wonder how can I possible keep my thoughts on my new life, with all the crap I face everyday.”  How can you focus on the joy, appreciation, gratitude, optimal health, and unlimited wealth; when all you see is a life full of pain, scarcity, hatred, anger and heartache?

The Answer is Simple, “Tapping!”

The Law of Attraction simply states, “Like attracts like.”

There for You are responsible for the Life you have now.  You are the Creator of your Life.  If you live in constant fear, you bring more Fear into your life.  If you are constantly worried about not having enough, you get more of the same; never enough.

You are a “Thinking Energy Form,” that has created your Life from your thoughts and your energy vibrations, even though you had no knowledge of doing this.

Accept this fact and you are half way to complete recovery.

The “Tapping Solution Ebook,” states “think of your thoughts as a boomerang, they always come back to you.”

The Universe is smarter then the average Bear, so even though you have been trying to fool it into believing your words; it still feels your vibrations and acts upon them.  Stop trying to fool Mother Nature and start changing your vibrational energies into that which you really want.

The Universe is here to serve you and give you everything you really want.  However our vibrations are not in sync with our true feelings and thoughts.  So the Universe hears only what you feel, not what you say.  So even though your words speak of abundance, your vibrations are screaming lack.  What happens then is you receive more lack rather then the abundance you really wanted.

When you use “Tapping” to raise your vibrations, you are releasing any blocks that have been holding you back.  You can feel the vibrations changing in you as you tap.  Tapping is the fastest and most efficient way to eliminate Limiting Beliefs that may be holding you back.

Your Life suddenly becomes your creation, not your subconscious’ creation and your thoughts vibrate what you really want in your Life.

Imagine if you will the possibilities:  You have created the Life you have unknowingly in most cases, what do you think you can create now that you know what you are capable of doing. Wow!

The following information will help you get started in your new Positive Attitude Power using the Power of Tapping.  Go forth and Prosper.

Before you begin tapping:

  1. Find what is making you anxious, or causing you discomfort is some area of your Life.  This could be anything from weight, self-esteem, a job interview, an appointment, a relationship anything that is giving you some distress.  Find the problem and then rate your feelings towards it, rate it 1 - 10, 10 being highest.
  2. Next you will want to make your set-up statements to reflect your problem.  Usually you want to make up three separate statements and be as honest as you possibly can, these are just for you.  Write them as if you were talking to a close friend and telling them the situation.(See examples below)
  3. Now take three deep breaths and start with your set-up statements.

While using your set-up statements tap on the Karate point (side of hand) repeating the statements or if you are only using one statement repeat it three times.

Examples of set-up statements:

  1. “Even though I feel this anxiety, I choose to deeply and completely accept myself.”
  2. “Even though I’m feeling this anxiety about my financial situation, I choose to deeply and completely accept and forgive myself.”
  3. “Even though I panic when I think about ______, I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself. “

*Note on Set-up statements, if you use the three different statements here are the endings I suggest after the first part “Even though …………..,:

  1. I choose to completely Love and Accept myself.
  2. I choose to deeply Love and Forgive myself.
  3. I choose to deeply and completely Love, Accept and Forgive myself and anyone else who might be involved in this.

Next you want to shorten the statements to get the gist of it like “financial situation” and tap 5-7 times at the rest of the points. (noted below).  Some EFT practitioners like to elaborate on their statements, but for beginners I suggest you just use the short statements.  For the last couple of taps, add that you are releasing this problem, this will help you to end on a positive note.

  • Eyebrow (EB)
  • Side of eye (SE)
  • Under eye (UE)
  • Under nose (UN)
  • Chin (CH) or Under Mouth (UM)
  • Collarbone (CB) (Use open hand or closed fist)
  • Underarm (UA) (use open hand)
  • Top of Head (TH)

Check your level if still above 2, you might want to do another round change the set-up statement. To show new feelings

“Even though I have some remaining anxiety, I choose to deeply and completely accept myself.”

Where “positive thinking” lets you down, Meridian Tapping puts you back on track.  With “positive thinking” you try and obscure the stress, anxiety and negative feelings, with the Meridian Tapping you are accepting the feelings you are having and releasing the emotions that are holding you back.

Now take your Meridian Tapping and incorporate your affirmations and you have a powerful weapon to use on any negative that wants to enter into your space.

Meridian Tapping releases energy blocks that are draining you, causing you pain, changing your emotions and creating negative situations.

You don’t need negative and here is the way to get rid of it for good.

After you address the initial problem or emotions be sure and use positive affirmations and gratitude’s to help keep you on the straight path to your success.

As you probably know a Positive Attitude is essential to a successful and happy lifestyle.   Did you know that it is also important to allow your negative attitudes and feelings to be acknowledged as well?  In order for you to be a positive person, you have to deal with negative attitude and choose to change these attitudes.

Sometimes, changing these negatives can be pretty difficult; years of beliefs have created these negative attitudes.  This can prove to be very daunting and cause you to give up, but don’t do it.

There is a method to use, which will make it a lot easier, and you can see results sooner.  This method has been around for 1000’s of years and has proven its effectiveness in many areas dealing with the body’s energy.

The Method I am referring to is “Tapping,” “EFT,” or “Meridian Tapping.”  Tapping was developed from the ancient art of acupuncture, only no needles are used.  It was developed with the knowledge that the human body is composed of energy and anything negative that happens is usually caused from the blocking of this energy.

Through the use of Tapping, miraculous things have happen to people and in a very short period of time.  It seems that by Tapping points of your body, you can release energy blocks caused by human emotions. When you release these blocks, you allow your energy to flow through your body easily.

There are many different schools of Tapping, but the main point is to open energy blocks.  Since none of us really like the idea of someone sticking needles in our body to release these blocks; tapping seems like the perfect alternative to acupuncture.

When you really think about this method, you might notice you use it already.  You get a headache, what is the first thing you do, you press your temples to release the pain.  If you just take your fingers and lightly tap on your arm, you will feel the energy exchange, right?

Tapping uses proven methods to open the energy flow in your body.  This will rid you of headaches, negative emotions, limiting beliefs and anything else that is blocking your progress and keeping you from your dreams.

The main reason only about 3% of the population ever reaches their goals of abundance and success, is because of their Attitude.  Most of us allow negative emotions, critical self-talk, limiting beliefs and low self esteem.  These negative  Attitudes, then dictate our decision when deciding what we can or cannot achieve.

Can you remember when most of your beliefs were formed?  Everyone has beliefs that they use on a daily basis, which determines how they react or act in certain situations and circumstances.  I am sure you are no different.  The problem is that in most cases these beliefs are outdated and no longer serve the purpose for which they were created.  Most beliefs are created, when we are very young; at a time when we lack the knowledge to form an informational decision.  The truth is that our peers helped create most of our beliefs.  They usually did this to keep us safe in the only way they knew how.

Examine your Beliefs to verify validity!

To completely understand the meaning of the word “Belief,” I have done some research in our trusted dictionary.  What I found was very interesting and puts a whole new meaning to the word “Belief.”  If you look for the word “belief,” the first word you come to is:

belie vt.

Meanings          1)  To disguise or misrepresent

2)  To leave unfulfilled

3)  To prove false

Now followed by “Belie” you add an “F” and you find:

belief   noun

Meanings          1)   Conviction that certain things are true

      (*2)   Religious, faith-God’s Business***)

3)   Trust, confidence, creed or doctrine

4)      An opinion, expectation; judgment

*** For the purpose of this demonstration I have not included (God’s Business), because in that we have no control.

By looking at the two words and combining their definitions from the dictionary; you will get a completely different meaning for the word:

belie-f   vt., noun

Meanings           1) To disguise or misrepresent a conviction that   certain things are true

3) To leave unfulfilled trust, confidence, creed or doctrine

4) To prove false an opinion, expectation; judgment

Could this mean that your “Beliefs” are not what you have thought they were and that they could actually be creating a false reality for you?  Could it be that your beliefs are actually holding you back from achieving the dream life you deserve?  Subconsciously, you have been using these beliefs to create a life; depending on your upbringing this could be a great life or a not so great life.

Your beliefs can be either positive or negative; this will depend on the thinking attitude used when you, and possibly other outside influences, had when they were developed.  In other words, your attitude shapes your consistent thoughts, which then develops your beliefs; that in turn you have used to create the life you have now.  So the question remains:

Are you Real or are you Memorex?  Are your beliefs truly yours?

Since most of your beliefs were formed when you were very young; they are probably not completely your beliefs.  These old beliefs, being helped along by your peers, were probably formed with a negative attitude and have just remained in your subconscious to be used when needed.  One of the main reasons people use beliefs is to protect their children from harm.  Being older now and basically knowing the difference between right and wrong; these old beliefs should be re-examined and checked, see if they are still true for you Now.

Time to examine your beliefs and see if they are true!

As the example above shows, your beliefs could be disguised and maybe the reason for so many missed opportunities.  When examining your beliefs, please take into account the attitude with which they were formed.  Some of the more playful beliefs were formed with positive attitudes.  Example: “Do you still believe in the Easter Bunny?”  Depending on your family and your education you could be one of the lucky ones who believes that “You are the Creator of your Life!”

Remove your beliefs that no longer serve a purpose in your life!

Take your time and examine your beliefs, when you find one that no longer works for you; remove it and replace it with one that does.  There are many schools of thought on how to do this; my personal choice is as follows:

Take a piece of paper and write down the “Old Belief” and how this belief makes you feel.  (the old belief should give you discomfort)

Then on a separate piece of paper write down your “New Belief” and how it makes you feel.  (be specific about the pleasure you get)

Now, take the sheet with the “Old Belief” and totally destroy, I mean really get physical, rip it up, burn it and as you are doing this feel this “Old Belief” leaving your mind forever completely wiped from your memory and the pleasure you get from destroying it.

Out with the Old and In with the New!

You are done, do this with all your “Old Beliefs” that no longer work for you, but remember to always replace the “Old” with the “New,” you do not want any gaps in your belief system it will freak out your subconscious.

If you are not living your dream life, you will need to examine your beliefs; they could very well be the reason that is holding you back.

5-Day Challenge to Change your Life.

Have you ever wondered if you have a destiny, something that is truly important?  Do you feel you were destined to do great things in your life?  Are you doing everything you can to leave a lasting impression on this planet?  Sometimes do you wonder if maybe you missed something along the way?

Could you have changed your whole life around, had you done something different?

Well wonder no longer, from what I have learned you are exactly where you are supposed to be at this time in your life.  Your past is no longer an issue,you cannot change what already is, “What is is.” The past is just that, the past,and you will never be able to go back and change it, accept this fact and move on, do not dwell on things you cannot change.

The Past is the Past and can not be Changed!

The Future, on the other hand, can and will be changed everyday in every way; that is the way of the world.  No one person can predict exactly what will happen on any given day.  Some individuals can come very close; they know the secret and are using it; but even those lucky souls cannot be exact.

The Future changes with every choice you make!

What this means for you is that whatever happens from this moment on is still your choice.  No matter what you want to have, to be and to do; you have the opportunity to achieve it.  “You Are the Creator of your Life.” This is very important so read that again and again until you really understand what that means.

“You Are The Creator of Your Life.”

You have the choice to either “make things happen or let things happen!” Now don’t get me wrong if you just let things happen, you are still creating your life, albeit not consciously; this will still not release you from your responsibilities.  By not making choices, you are allowing your subconscious-self to make them for you.  Heaven only knows what its Attitude is towards the circumstances.  In order for you to change the direction of your present circumstances, you will need to change Your Attitude, Your Thoughts and Your Beliefs to reflect the person you want to be.

Examine Your Beliefs, make sure they fit your lifestyle.

Your Attitude is the key to taking control your life.  When you consciously change your Attitude, all the rest will eventually fall into place.  You see your Attitude was behind everything you have ever learned and used to develop your beliefs and your thoughts.   Your Attitude has been subconsciously controlling your reactions and actions in life’s situations since you were very young.

Change is not easy, but to achieve greatness it is necessary!

Last night, I was re-reading one of my favorite books, “Spiritual Marketing” by Joe Vitale, and in it he talks about life not being random.  “That life is not just a random set of circumstances; it is a complex path of choices, which you have created for yourself, to achieve your desires and your passion.”

Stop Living an Uncontrolled Life of Emotion!

If this is true, which it is, how do you get the beliefs that do not really work for the person you are now?  You did not develop those beliefs alone, there were outside influences and there was the Attitude of the Time.  Attitude has played a big roll in your life and usually without your knowledge.  Your parents, your teachers, your friends etc. all carry with them an Attitude, which has influenced many of your thoughts and decisions.

Let Your Positive Attitude Show You the Way!

The fact that you are reading this article right now is an indication in itself, that you want something more then what you have.  Good Choice by the way! Everyone wants something more then what he or she has; it is only the select few that will actually try and do something to change his or hers circumstances.  Are you ready to be one of those movers and shakers, make a change?

Your life is filled with choices; each choice is affected by your Attitude. Some of your choices are not that important; like what to wear or how to fix your hair. These choices will not usually change your course in life. However, some choices can make your life one of ease and contentment or one of upheaval and turmoil.

If your life of late has been one of upheaval and turmoil, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train. You have the ability to change anything and everything in your life.

You Are The Creator Of Your Life!

Maybe you already knew this and have had the good fortune to live a life of your choosing. Some of you on the other hand have not had a successful, productive life; this also has been your choice. The fact, that you are the Creator of your Life, can be hard to handle, but it is true. Your life right now is what you have chosen for yourself.

You will argue that this is not what I want in my life, but unknowingly this is the life you have created for yourself. Your thoughts create your life. Your subconscious attitude controls your actions, reactions and beliefs, which in turn controls your attitude in any given situation.

Your Attitude is an accumulation of all that has happened in your past. The subconscious retains everything you have ever heard, seen, felt or sensed and has developed a reaction to use in similar situations. Your past experiences, actions, beliefs and outside influences, whether positive or negative, all contribute to who you are today. Unless you make a conscious decision to do something different, you will continue to do the same thing you have always done.

To allow change into your life, “the conscious you” has to tell
“the subconscious you” that you are choosing to do it differently.

The Subconscious Attitude does not understand the difference between positive and negative thoughts; it only understands the most prominent thoughts and will use those to create your end result. Knowing this fact, you may be able to better understand why your life is the way it is. For as long as you have been on this planet, your subconscious mind has been developing an attitude to use in your unique situations.

You as the Creator can chose to Live a Positive Life!

The good news is since you created this attitude or mindset, you can change it to meet the desires you have for yourself Now. I will not lie to you and tell you that this is easy, because honestly it takes some work and determination. The upside is when you master this new attitude; your life will change to reflect a new you and good things will happen automatically to enhance your life. It is impossible to “Change your Attitude” and Not “Change your Life.”

Use a positive attitude when dealing with everyday events in your life and you will see a change in your life. Your subconscious, however, does not accept change very well; you will have to work on changing your subconscious attitude. You will at times have to trick your subconscious into accepting a new positive choice, but with each day of using your positive attitude it will become easier.

Life is Too Short Not to Make the Most of It!

Imagine how your life will change once you implement this new mindset. You will find it easy to get anything and everything you have ever wanted. You will be able to do whatever you want to do. You will be whoever you want to be. Your Life will never be the same. Living your life with a positive attitude will attract more positive to you. Remember the old saying “Like attracts Like” well it is true!

I am sure by now you have heard all the reasons why you have not become a successful Network Marketer. The reasons probably range from your attitude to the keywords you are using to the marketing methods etc.

In some cases it could be all of the above and more, but the one thing that can really make the difference between success and failure is only one thing. do you know what it is?

It is You and Your “Attitude.” You want a new life?  Change your attitude.  That  sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? Unfortunately, it is not that simple; but it can be done and the results will definitly change your life forever.

You are probably wondering why changing your attitude, can make such a difference in your Life.  It is simple really through out your life you have been programed to do things a certain way, it doesn’t matter if it is the right way or the wrong way, it just the way you have been doing it.  What would happen if you did it differently?  Everything that normally happened, would not happen, something different would happen.  Voila, you have just changed your Life.

The biggest problem you face as a human being is change.  You are very comfortable in doing the same thing over and over again, you probably say to yourself, “maybe this time it will be different.”  I am sorry, but it will still give you the same results as always.  

Unless, you come from a very unique family, you were probably told you can’t do this and you can’t do that.  Out of 14 things said to a child in a day, only 1 (one) is positive.  Think of that and how you talk to your children.  Are you a supportive parent, who consistently tells them they can do anything they want to do, as long as they believe they can do it.  Or you an anger at the world parent, never having enough of anything.  You constantly tell your children don’t do that, get out of here, why don’t you do something constructive or you will never amount to anything.  Are these the kind of things you say to your children on a daily basis?

Do you  wonder why your children are so rebelious and don’t listen to you?  Even when you are yelling at the top of your lungs, they don’t hear you?  Try whispering!  When you were young and your parents yelled at you, did you listen?  I think not!  Yelling is a sign of losing control and a bad attitude.  Stop the attitude and try a little understanding and you will be amazed at the results you get.

Life!  Don’t you just love it?  Seems everyday you face new challenges and tests, how do you deal with Life’s tests?  Do you feel sometimes that the Universe is picking on you?  Is your attitude, “the world is out to get me?” 

Maybe the Universe is out to get you and make your life miserable.  To make it even worse you probably know someone, who hardly ever has any problems.  It seems that everything they touch turns to gold and nothing ever goes wrong.  You wonder why you cannot have a perfect Life like theirs?

This question has plagued the human race for as long as anyone can remember.  

However, you already know the answer, your High School Science Class taught you the truth behind this question.  Do you remember what you learned?  No!  Do you want to hear the answer?  Are you sure you can handle it?  Yes!  I am not so sure, but the scientifically proven answer is: 

YOU, yeah You are the Creator of Your Universe and Your Life!  You are responsible for everything in your life.  Told you that it was not going to be easy to handle.

You do understand this, right?  I know it is hard to accept, but you have created this life you are living now.  More then likely you did this without even knowing you did it.  The truth is that Your Attitude has been telling your subconscious what to do for almost as long as you have been alive. 

You are a thinking energy form that has created Your Life.  Wow!  

Think about this bit of information; if this is True, which it is, then “you have the ability to completely change your life.”  Read that again!

The Science behind this revelation can be seen in the world around you.  Everything you can see, from the home you live in, to the car you drive, to the clothes you wear and the food you eat; all of it was at one time a thought.  The Universe is constantly creating what our thoughts are projecting.

You now know the Truth and it is a biggie; what are you going to do with this knowledge?  How can it help make your everyday life better?  What do you have to do to finally create Your Dream Life?  There are simple answers to these questions, but first you need to ask yourself these questions.  (Be honest, you will be the only one who will ever see your answers.)

          1) How was your day today, good or bad?

          2) Were you able to do something that benefit your future?

          3) Did you complete all the tasks on your to-do-list?

          4) Were you happy most of the day?

Simple questions really, do you have definitive answers?

If you are not sure how to answer these questions, you may need an “Attitude Adjustment.”  Oh, I know what you are saying, “My attitude is just fine” and you are probably right.  However, if you did not answer questions #2 through #4 with a resounding “Yes,” then a change in Attitude may just do the trick!

Remember You have the ability to create a Dream Life for yourself and your family.

Are you ready to finally take the first step to change Your Attitude, change Your Life?  Everything that you believe in has been set in stone by your Attitude.  Life’s experiences teachs your subconscious, how to deal with Life’s situations, drawing from similar situations in your past.   You are usually totally unaware of this control, because it seems perfectly normal to react as you have in the past.  

The Human Subconscious is ultimately limited to past experiences and will continue to do the same thing over and over again, getting the same results every time.   In any given situation, it takes work to change your subconscious’ reactions, but it can be done.

Attitude Adjustment is the first big step to creating a completely different world and a  positive mindset.  You’re subconscious will only change, if you change your conscious mind.  This process will take a little time, but the final results will blow you away.

Have you ever wondered why your life isn’t as great as someone else’s?  After all they are no different then you, yet they are living the life you have dreamed of.  The truth is you can and should have everything you have ever dreamed of and more.

The Good News is you have not been doing this consciously.  The Bad News is your subconscious does not like change and will fight you tooth and nail to stay in control.  In order for you to achieve the success and financial freedom you deserve, you will have to literally tell your subconscious that you Choose to do something different this time.  By telling yourself this, you have just taken one brick off your mental wall.

Your mental wall has been building since day one and has been erected to protect you from experiencing anything new and different.  Depending on your age, your upbringing and your environment, you could have a very big wall or just a little one; either way it has to come down.

Your subconscious attitude has been “protecting you” with the help of the wall, whether you liked it or not.

How the wall works is by blocking new ideas and sending them back.  It causes FEAR of the unknown, UNCERTAINTY in your ability and your choices and then it causes DOUBT!  No one likes to lose; so rather then losing you choose not to do anything.  If you allow F.U.D. to enter your conscious, you are pretty much lost.  Everyone fears new stuff, but the successful do not allow uncertainty or doubt to stick around long enough to do any damage and you should not either.

To really get started changing your life, you will need to learn the best way to change your Attitude and how to be grateful for everyday you are alive on this beautiful planet.  Also, you need to know the difference between things you can change and things that you can not change.

You have decided to seek health, wealth and wisdom for your life. You want to have a great life and achieve success? The most important thing that you will need to do to achieve greatness is to adjust your attitude to reflect that change.

Wealthy successful people have an attitude that knows; they have created the life they have, they take full responsibility for everything in their life and they are grateful for their life.

Poor unsuccessful people have an attitude that lets life happen around them; they play the victim, they blame everything and everybody for their life, they complain about their life and they feel the need to justify their life.

In order to achieve a wealthy successful position in life, you must feel that you already have that position. The key to achieving anything you desire is to have the correct attitude. Your attitude is what will attract the good you seek to you like a magnet. The positive energy you emit will attract like energy to you and the more enthusiastic you are about this positive attitude, the faster you will achieve your desires.

The successful attitude is a must for anyone wanting to change his or her life. You must incorporate this attitude into your everyday existence in order to achieve your hearts desire. If you play the “poor me game,” you will keep getting more of the same negative stuff.

The Universe cannot differentiate between positive and negative thoughts. It knows only what you are thinking about the Most and will continue to give you more of the same. If you consistently think of what you don’t want and what you don’t need, you will keep getting more of what you don’t want and don’t need. Retrain your thinking to see the positive of what you already have and how you are receiving more of that everyday.

To change your life and live your dream life, your attitude has to reflect that dream life. You have to stop dwelling on what your negative and be thankful for what you have and the increase. The Universe is abundant and wants you to have everything you have ever thought of. You just need to stop wanting, needing and wishing for it.

Remember you are the creator of your life; you can create what ever you want by just having a positive successful attitude and be grateful for everything you have.
